Social constructionism: There is no particular definition to adequately define social constructionism; instead, we might look at the underlying social constructionist assumption that there is no single meaning for social phenomena. Instead we construct discourses that refer to meanings, statements, stories etc, to explain particular events through language and social interaction within specific cultures at a particular time and location.
What makes us who we are, is it nature or nurture? What happens sexually when we age?
It is crucial that people who deal with issues of human sexuality be aware of their own attitudes and understand how they may impact the work that they do.
